Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Production time may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.

DTF Transfers
• Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM CST may qualify for same-day shipping.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Custom Apparel & Embroidery
• Production time typically ranges from 5-10 business days depending on order size and design complexity.
• Rush services may be available upon request.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order ships.
Delivery Delays
JLJB Embroidery & Prints is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after an order has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Frisco, Texas. Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is complete.
