Refund policy
All products sold by JLJB Embroidery & Prints are custom-made and personalized to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refund for customer errors, including incorrect sizes, colors, artwork or information provided at the time of ordering.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or an error was made during production, please contact us within 7 days of delievery with photos of the issue. You can contact us at support@JLJB-Designz.com.
In approved cases, JLJB Embroidery & Prints may provide a replacement item or exchange at no additional cost. We do not require customers to return defective custom items unless specifically requested.
Our goal is to make every orderright and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the integrity of our custom-made products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
